We are going Virtual

The Chadwick Child Maltreatment Conference has always been about bringing people together to share knowledge and strengthen our collective mission. In 2027, we’re excited to take that commitment further by hosting the conference fully online—creating new opportunities for flexibility, accessibility, and connection.

To better serve our community during a time of financial and logistical challenges, this virtual format will allow more professionals from across the country and around the world to join the conversation, enriching our sessions with diverse perspectives and experiences. You’ll still find the expert-led content, interactive discussions, and collaborative spirit you value, with even more voices at the table.

While this is a temporary shift as we redesign the conference for the future, we believe this expanded reach will strengthen our shared work. We look forward to welcoming you online in 2027 and to returning to in-person gatherings when the time is right.

Description:
The purpose of the San Diego Child and Maltreatment Conference is to create an opportunity for collaboration and multidisciplinary interactions across the workforce to develop and enhance their professional skills and knowledge in the prevention, recognition, assessment, investigation, and treatment of all forms of child and family maltreatment using best practices.
