Lynne Marsenich from the California Institute of Mental Health has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on effective service models for vulnerable children and families. She has worked in California county service systems and has designed and implemented the Community Development Teams (CDT) with her colleagues at the CIMH. The CDT builds collaborations and partnerships in the service of improving the quality of care in public systems.
