Robert Kinscherff PhD, Esq is a psychologist and attorney currently serving as Assistant Commissioner for Forensic Mental Health at the MA Department of Mental Health.  He holds faculty positions through Harvard Medical School, Boston University School of Law, and Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.  He is a past two-term Chair of the Ethics Committee of the American Psychological Association.  He has provided clinical, forensic and consultation services to clinical service providers, courts, hospitals and state agencies for over twenty-five years.
