Chief Jim Holler is currently the Police Chief of the Liberty Township Police Department in Adams County, Pennsylvania and has been in that position for 16 years. He is an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigator, a Family Group Decision Making Facilitator, a Fire Safety Consultant and a fire/arson investigator. Chief Holler is a nationally known speaker specializing in child abuse investigations. Chief Holler a consultant for the Fox Valley Technical College and is also a retired paid firefighter from Montgomery County Maryland with 23 years of service.

 

Chief Holler serves in various community roles, including the past Board President of the Adams County Children’s Advocacy Center, Inc., Vice President of Survivors, Inc., a local domestic violence/rape crisis center, a member of the multidisciplinary child abuse team, the child death review team and many other child abuse and domestic violence focused committees within his community.
