E4 THE DERMATOLOGISTS LOOK AT PHYSICAL AND SEXUAL ABUSE
Noah Craft is an assistant professor in dermatology and infectious diseases at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He is a graduate of Brown University, and UCLA School of Medicine, the UCLA Molecular Biology Institute, and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He is the associate program director for the dermatology residency program at Harbor-UCLA and runs a research laboratory focused on melanoma and leishmaniasis. His clinical teaching in dermatology is geared toward teaching non-dermatologists how to "become the expert". He is also an editor for Logical Images, Inc., a company based in Rochester, NY that specialized in diagnostic decision support and visual informatics. He is currently involved in the development of a system module that aims to improve under and over-diagnosis of physical and sexual abuse in children primarily.
