B1 ADDRESSING CHILD TRAUMA IN CHILD WELFARE: LINKING PRACTICE AND RESEARCH J2 TRAUMA ASSESSMENT PATHWAY MODEL
Lisa Conradi, Psy.D. is the Project Manager of the SAMHSA Grant funded to disseminate evidence-based practices to sites throughout the state of California and across various National Child Traumatic Stress Network sites across the country at the Chadwick Center for Children and Families, Rady Children’s Hospital, San Diego. Dr. Conradi received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from the University of California, Davis. During this time, she studied abroad at the University of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. Following her graduation from UC Davis, she returned to Melbourne and completed her Honors thesis titled, “The Effects of Perceived Provocation and Levels of Sexism on Attributions of Blame in Cases of Wife Assault” at La Trobe University. Dr. Conradi received her graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Diego, California. Her dissertation focused on female offenders and was titled, “An Exploratory Study of Heterosexual Females as Dominant Aggressors of Physical Violence in their Intimate Relationships.” Her research interests include children exposed to domestic violence, victims and offenders of domestic violence, and system improvement for working with traumatized children.
