Stacy W. Buhbe, Ph.D., is the Director of Clinical Services for the Relationship Training Institute (RTI), and Professional Community Services (PCS) in El Cajon, CA. PCS is a full-service mental health agency which offers court-approved domestic violence programs, anger management, parenting classes, and a top-notch CAPIC-approved pre- and post-doctoral internship program. Dr. Buhbe has been working in the field of relationship violence for over eight years, treating both offenders and survivors in individual, couples and group formats, in both military and civilian settings. In her private practice, she specializes in trauma, relationship issues, mood disorders, substance abuse, as well as the LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS impacted communities. Dr. Buhbe has been speaking and training on relationship violence issues with RTI for years, including presentations for initial and advanced certification of domestic violence providers. Dr. Buhbe has been asked to speak for community groups, libraries, schools and television programs all over the San Diego area. Dr. Buhbe also conducts relationship violence evaluations for the United States Coast Guard, and serves as a consult for other professionals regarding many relationship issues.
