Abstract:

Since 1973, the presenter has been studying, from a law enforcement perspective, the behavioral dynamics of the sexual victimization of children.  This workshop will attempt to summarize and synopsize the key insights learned during this 34 year career into 20 concise statements for consideration, analysis, and discussion.
