Abstract:

In this presentation which is designed for medical and non-medical personnel involved in the assessment of children with possible inflicted traumatic brain injury (iTBI), we will discuss issues related to the epidemiology of iTBI, the medical evaluation and diagnosis of iTBI, as well as issues related to the short and long-term prognosis after iTBI.
