Abstract:

Not all defense attorneys approach the defense of a child sexual abuse or physical abuse case in the same manner. The workshop will examine and analyze the various defenses utilized by defense attorneys including the use and misuse of the literature, cross examination tactics used during the testimony of the expert witness, the art of obfuscation and misdirection during trial, and other types of defense techniques.
