Abstract:

All organizations experience leadership transition, planned or unplanned, over time.  Strong organizations have solid plans in place to ensure orderly leadership transitions and continuity of service.  Participants will receive practical guidance in creating succession plans, examples of such plans, and tips for their implementation.
